I'm Jayanta — a Ph.D. student at the University of Utah, and someone who genuinely enjoys the process of learning. I describe myself as an Empirical Skeptic: I like to question assumptions and look for evidence before forming opinions.

I grew up in Bangladesh and completed my undergraduate education at BUET, one of the country's premier engineering universities. My academic journey has taken me from building backend systems to exploring the depths of language model behavior and bias.

In 2025, I tied the knot with the love of my life — a milestone I'm deeply grateful for. She has been a constant source of support through the highs and lows of research life.
